Relish fresh seafood delights on Mother’s day at The Fireplace. Indulge in a 5-course dinner with a glass of wine for only PHP 3,500 net. Start off with chilled asparagus soup, scallop tartar and Greek yogurt. Satisfy your seafood craving with sumptuous poached baby lobster and cucumber jell, paired with sous vide seabass with pea and bacon fricassee and celeriac puree. Sweet endings begin when you cleanse your palette with lemon candy filled with calamansi and yuzu, lemon sorbet and thyme sponge. A special rate of PHP 3,000 net is available for Club Epicure members.
