On August 17, Fit Bites, in partnership with their restaurants and a nutritionist, launches its Fit Bites Menu, empowering customers with healthy food options at Alabang Town Center. The handy food guide shares tips weekly and gives you professional advice on different kinds of diet trends, dishes, ingredients and eating habits – for free!

La Maripili’s Make Your Own Toast Station

In addition to keeping you inspired, Fit Bites identifies the healthy dishes from your favorite Alabang Town Center restaurants. Don’t worry about your diet as Fit Bites has your covered.

Kicking off September, Alabang Town Center gathers gourmands and exhibitors for its Healthier You: A Nutrition and Wellness Expo at the Activity Center on September 8 and 9. Learn to become fit the healthy way with this expo featuring healthy food booths and seminars that help you gain a better perspective on how to become a healthier you.

La Maripili’s Make Your Own Toast Station

From eating healthy to burning off calories correctly, Alabang Town Center ups the ante in window shopping, transforming your favorite past-time into real exercise. Walk in the Mall – a form of innovative mall cardio – begins on September 9 at the Activity Center. After an energizing afternoon, your wallets won’t be the only things that’ll be left skinny!

Bringing back your favorite fitness activities, Alabang Town Center will also continue to hold Gold’s Gym Mixxed Fit sessions every Tuesday 6pm, Strong by Zumba every Wednesday 8.30 am, and Retro Fit every Thursday at 6pm at the Town Plaza. Achieve that sexy physique and even healthy mindset about clean living with the trainers and instructors of Gold’s Gym.

Jamba Juice’s Bike Blender Challenge

For a little more worldly flavor, participants can catch a little samba and salsa at Zumba Latina every Friday at 6pm. Kick up the heat and romance by bringing a partner. For something more chill and laidback, Aero Taichi gets you back into an energized mood every Monday at 8.30 am at the Town Plaza.

Harlan & Holden’s White Puttanesca

With Mall into Shape, be assured to find an activity that meets your want and intensity. For those who have a competitive streak, enjoy the sparring sessions at UFC Gym’s Self-Defense Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes held at the Sports, Hobbies and Fitness Zone every Monday until September at 6pm. Sweat, beat and repeat!

Taekwondo Sports, on the other hand, is open all Sundays of August, starting at 4pm.
