Novotel Manila Culinary Team bags prestigious World Food Expo awards 1

First time to compete at the prestigious annual culinary event in the country – World Food Expo held recently at SMX Events Center in Pasay City, Novotel Manila Araneta Center’s culinary team bagged awards in two categories participated by notable hotel brands. Headed by Executive Chef Michael Schauss, the team of Pastry Chef Manuel Sy, Chef Joshua Mara, Chef Glenn Estrella, Chef Lovely Santos and Chef Rheiner Alair won silver award in the Filipino Cuisine category while Chef Mikee Villanueva won bronze award in Fantasy Plated Dessert category.
