Joining us is no less than internationally renowned chef Aaron Isip, who will share his insights on the vibrant flavors of Mexico and the making of Mezcal at the SM Makati store.
Aaron Isip is an internationally renowned Chef de Cuisine who was awarded by renowned guide Gault et Millau the coveted Chef Espoir 2015 for Ile de France for his smart flavor combinations. Dix-Huit, Aaron’s restaurant in Paris, was named as one of the best Paris restaurants for summer 2014 by Le Figaro. He was recognized by the TV show Tres Tres Bon, received two Toques from the Gault et Millau guide 2015 and is listed in the Michelin Guide.
